DELIVERY OF DIGITAL FILES
Active links to digital goods (compressed into ZIP format) should appear immediately upon approved checkout. However, servers/hosts/locations with high rates of digital fraud may trigger a temporary hold. If you experience issues, please open a chat for support.
Individual files may be downloaded up to five times to a single account. Excessive download attempts - or downloading from multiple IP addresses - may automatically trigger a hold on files. If you experience issues, please open a chat.
Download problems may result from the customer's operating system or host settings. If common troubleshooting cannot solve downloading problems, we are happy to email the files to you directly, or to set up a temporary shared drive.
SHIPPING OF PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
Physical products should ship within five business days of approved order. If a longer wait is expected, the individual product page will advise accordingly. Delivery dates are estimates only. If your delivery date is critical (for an event or gift, for example), please contact us before placing an order.
Shipping costs will be added to the order's total before checkout. If free shipping is offered, the individual product page will advise accordingly.
Shipping costs for delivery of an order are non-refundable. If the merchandise is defective, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided upon request. Shipping costs for optional merchandise exchanges are not covered.
Defective returns or merchandise exchanges should be addressed to The Tell Tale Moon, 811 Dickson Ave, Idaho Falls ID 83402. ATTN: PRODUCT RETURN (include order number). If an item’s exchange value is over $250, shipping insurance should be considered. We cannot guarantee or validate receipt of items not tracked and insured.
Exchange shipping times may vary; delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please be aware that porch theft is a problem worldwide. We are not responsible for packages that go missing after being tracked as “delivered” to a customer. Missing deliveries qualify as a home/office theft issue; local authorities should be notified.
Customers that have concerns about their delivery area and/or want additional assurance of delivery, should select "signature confirmation" from the shipping options during checkout (an added cost). Or, open a chat window for help. Tracked packages that show delivery through the service provider will not be replaced by us for free.
