Terms of Use, purchasing/downloading ©The Tell Tale Moon copyrighted material entitles one user to ONE YEAR of use for do-it-yourself projects and boutique sales up to 50 physical units. This "Extended Use License" entitles the user to UNLIMITED physical reproductions for ONE YEAR from original file purchase date. Other use rights and restrictions remain in place.
Digital sales and third-party made-to-order websites (such as Spreadshirt, Redbubble, or Templett) remain COMPLETELY RESTRICTED (our designs cannot be offered on these sites, nor sold in whole or in part in any digital format).
Upon expiration, an additional Extended Use License may be purchased, IF the copyrighted material has not been retired from the digital collection.

Design content should be researched in the intellectual property category you plan to sell beyond the intended use as stated above (e.g., DIY projects and boutique sales).
