For an applique stamp, use stabilizing adhesive spray under a top layer of thin, lightweight, woven cotton fabric. Then after color #4 (moonglow), cut back the top layer of fabric to size. Color #5 (purple) is the satin stitch border around the stamp. Don't worry about stray outer overlaps and frays; this design is meant to look shabby!
